Live From Electric Latteland (RECAP)

Yesterday we spent much of the day settting up for, and then performing, a livestream at Electric Latteland, home of Styx Latte, in West Philadelphia. Styx has turned the interior of his home into a really cool livestream studio. He broadcasts various bands as well as is the official broadcaster for The Rotunda, a University of Pennsylvania performance venue. As a part of the Rotunda’s programing, Green Cathedral was asked to perform a show. There’s a lot to go into doing a livestream like this. Styx brought in an additional audio engineer (Jason) as well as a visual editor (Dean). I collected some royalty-free images to use for the broadcast and then sat with Styx and Dean last Tuesday to go over graphics. Then today we arrived several hours before broadcast to do various soundchecks and mixes of sound levels.

You can rewatch the whole show here.

Below are some behind-the-scenes photos from Electric Latteland. Photos either by myself or Styx.
